The recipe:
8 fully cooked fried chicken fingers (she used frozen Tyson crispy chicken strips)
4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
1 can crescent rolls
3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus additional for dipping
I changed her recipe just a bit (to make it easier for myself, and I also did not have to buy as many ingredients)! I bought chicken tenders that were already buffalo style, and added a whole piece of cheese instead of half (sorry I LOVE cheese)! I also used low fat crescent rolls, the hubster couldn't even tell! Here's what mine looked like, right out of the oven:
