Onesie for one of my besties!

Last summer I came across Green Bean's crafty blog. She made an adorable onesie and I thought, "I HAVE to make one of these for my Little Stinkerbella!!!" Well, I bought everything and never put one together for her, but I did end up making one for one of my besties that will be having a Little Stinkerbella of her own REAL soon (might be this weekend)! This was for the baby shower that I went to a couple of weeks ago.
We were all asked to bring in a baby shirt and they hung them around the house on blinged out clothes pins. It was beautiful. The scene wasn't too bad either!
Here's my onesie hanging out front:
I used Rock Princess and my trusty ol' Cricut to cut out the cutesy skull. First, I cut it out using white paper, just to check my size.
Then I used Silhouette's iron on flock. I also used the "flip" feature on my Cricut  to cut out the "H" skull.
Then just peel it off of the mat.
Uggh, has anyone else tried this Silhouette stuff? It was HORRIBLE!!!! I tried to "pull off" the backing?! There was nothing to pull off! I tried ironing, it NEVER held! So I finally took the LONG road and just stitched around the entire image! My hubster said that it looked better this way, anyways. I just didn't plan on staying up until 1 to get the job done. :)

Bows to add to the onesie.
Then I made 3 different bows to "attach" onto the onesie.

I picked up these little "snaps" at JoAnn's and attached them onto the onesie and each of the bows.
The options ;)
With the red bow:
The checkered is my fav:
And bright pink:
Here's a little "coupon" I made for my bestie!
A few more pics from the shower:

It was just beautiful! <3 Kristy
